Paste an order email. The table shows a match, a candidate, or an unknown. A correction is remembered for that customer only. You send the CSV yourself.
Catalog and customer
SKU code and name. Customer nicknames are not in this file.
A saved phrase stays with the customer you picked. Retyping the name starts another customer's dictionary.

One pasted email is one order. Inbox forwarding comes later.
Phrases kept: 0 / 30 on the free plan. Paid checkout is not connected.
