How orders are counted
We count orders, not lines.
One email or one paste creates one order of line items. A 20-line order and a 3-line order each count as one order.

Samples, product lists, dictionary entries and edits, and CSV exports do not count toward your limit.

What counts as one order?
One email or one paste that creates a group of order lines counts as one order. We do not count individual lines.
Will pasting the same order again use another order?
The same text from the same customer is not counted twice. The existing order opens instead. Sample orders are also excluded.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
Free cannot save order 31. Standard includes 250 orders per month, then charges $0.50 for each order starting with number 251.
Can I pay annually or in another currency?
Pricing is monthly in US dollars. There is no annual plan or yen plan.
Are dictionary entries or team members charged separately?
Dictionary entries and edits, user seats, products, and locations are not charged separately. Standard includes an unlimited dictionary.
Does it send orders to my sales system, or collect card details here?
Your team exports a CSV and passes it to your sales system. Automatic sending is not available. This page has no card form. To start Standard, sign in and continue to billing. Only the company owner can start Standard.
